Polisapp was created to support modern laboratory operations by bringing together patient information, laboratory workflows, sample tracking, results, billing, and integrations into a single platform. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to its development, testing, and use over the years.
The Next Chapter: In-House Platform
Although Polisapp is being sunset as a standalone offering, the technology and its mission will continue in a new form.
Polisapp will continue as an in-house platform for one of New Jersey's largest laboratories, where it will be maintained and further developed to support the laboratory's internal operations and patient-data management needs.
Dedicated In-House Operations
Directly powering internal workflows, analyzer integrations, and sample processing for a major New Jersey clinical facility.
Continuous Development
Active engineering focused on the specialized operational, instrumentation, and patient management needs of the laboratory.
Commercial Independence
No longer offering standalone commercial licensing, public signups, or SaaS subscriptions to external organizations.
Patient Data & Regulatory Protection
As part of this transition, patient data will continue to be maintained and protected in accordance with applicable New Jersey and New York State requirements, as well as applicable federal laws and regulations governing the protection, security, privacy, and retention of healthcare information.
Operational Focus Moving Forward
This transition means that Polisapp will no longer operate as an independent commercial platform or offer its services to new external organizations. Its development will instead focus on the specific operational and data-management needs of the laboratory it now serves.
We are proud of what Polisapp became and, more importantly, that its technology will continue to be used to support real laboratory operations and the responsible management of patient information.
